September 25, 2024 Progress Report:
The roof sheeting and underlayment is complete, and all exterior walls are covered. Vapor barriers will be applied on September 20, 2024, when window installation begins. The basement and garage floors are scheduled for the first week of October. The project is on schedule to be put on the market in early spring.
October 5, 2024 Progress Report
The vapor barrier application is complete, and window installation is underway. Concrete floors were scheduled but are now delayed. The garage floor and basement will be poured on October 8th.
November 5, 2024 Progress Report
Composite roofing, the exterior trim, and all windows, including the garage door, are complete. A temporary door will remain as the front door until the desired model is ordered and arrives, probably after the drywall is complete. Basement floors were poured in October, and the stairs to the basement are complete.
